Joy Aguilo
Joy Aguilo, currently serves as a Web Designer for MyGRIT Course™. She began her career in a Business Process Outsourcing company while finishing her Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Mainly focused in Web Design, she is responsible for designing our websites interface and also handles website testing, provides internal and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website.
Kelsey Tuma
Senior Critical Thinking Instructor
Kelsey is a passionate educator and creator originally hailing from Minnesota. She currently is a Critical Thinking Tutor for MyGRIT Course™. She graduated from Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, and since then has been lucky enough to work as a teacher and an instructor helping to develop young minds. At MyGRIT Course™, she tutors our private students in our one-of-a-kind critical thinking system, and helps run the Summer Bridge Programming. In addition, she assists in creating engaging marketing material.

Jasmine Journet attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. After earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science with concentrations in Pre-Law, Jasmine worked two years as a law clerk and one year as Social Service Analyst with the Department of Children and Family Services. During that time she volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana. In 2016, Jasmine successfully applied and enrolled into Southern University Law School where she earned a Juris Doctorate. In 2018, in pursuit of her love to work with children, she began volunteering with CASA of SOLA, where she is an advocate for a child within the state’s system. Currently, she also works for the East Baton Rouge Parish Public Defender’s Office.
